MY WINTER VACATION IS HERE!!! So NOW WHAT???

As you all know I go to school from 8 30 am to 4pm Tuesdays Saturday since im a full-time student which is just oh so fun:) NOT!!! I must admit I miss having ample time  on my hands to ponder and wonder however, I know that by going to school im bettering myself in the long run. As for this 3 DAY SO CALLED VACATION I have decided im going to spend it writings n my blog and fulling up the pages with all the thoughts and ideas I get over time. originally I thought oh everyday after school im going to write a great post. In reality everyday after school im TIRED AS HELL ( excuse my french:)) which means I come home shower and fall asleep literally. Time to make up for the 4 weeks and I must say its worth every second, truly. SO what plans do you have for your winter vacation TELL ME In the comments. I wanna Know:)

Almost Everyday i go out I get questions about being a Cosmetology Student/Hairstylist as many call me. Review:Tresemme Luxurious Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner

Hello all you beautiful people out there I have been using Tresemme for a while now about 3 years and i was SO upset with myself for just passing it by when i when see it on the shelves. First things first I find that if you already have a great hair and you need a little love TRESEMME has your back! Now Tresemme does contain WAX yes WaX so that’s one reason why it does make your hair soft and for some people even shiny. I love there products and i don’t care what anyone says ill-use them till they stop making then when your on a budget or cheap as hell its one of the best drug store Shampoo/Conditions out there. The tresemme luxurious moisture is not only hydrating but i feel kinda like a tingle when it’s sitting on my hair for 3 minutes 🙂 i love this Oh and yea I don’t actually let it sit for 3 mins  i usually let it sit for about 10 because i get better results this way. So there a tip for anyone interested and i also have curly ethnic hair so if your hair usually isn’t strong enjoy to take the pain 3 mins should be good enough. This products also contains vitamin E and the formula is support to be Advanced the older one Tresemme  Rich Moisture is basically the old formula. So yea i would have to rate this products with a 10 mainly because, it always just does what I need it to do strengthen, moisture and condition my hair so its true Luster will show.

Disclaimer: I am not paid to review this item and i used my own money to purchase this product. I have been wearing this foundation for a very long time now and it works the best for me. I get full coverage which i need it doesnt give me any extra troubles and most of all it does fit my complextion. I am a number 011 i have combination oly skin in case your wondering so YES this products is greta if your on a budget it retails for about 12.00 at Target however if you go to Walmart its like 9.99 so it just depends on where you want ot shop. This product is fragrance and oil free it comes with a pump which i also love because nothing can get into the container which is imporant. Well this is my review on this product tell me what you think about this products and which ones you love the most. Chow!

My First Week Of Cosmetology School(Beauty School) Update 1

Hey all you lovely people so My First week of school is over! Yes its over and a lot has happen so Starting with Tuesday-Saturaday these are the days i go to school:)

TUESDAY November 29 8:30-4:00pm

I was so prepared happy and nervous all at the same time until i realized that so much talking was happen and not much learning everyone told me that’s how the first day was so sucky i mean we did learn how to proper give a Scalp Treatment  with tea tree oil. I of course I water all over the freaking floor which was so embarrassing no and yes people were laughing but, everyone understood it was my first day. The new people were paired with a student who had been there at least 6 weeks longer so the girl i was working with understood i was still learning. Everyone gets water on the floor especially when the client is TALL. So yea Tuesday wasn’t the best however, My teachers are freaking awesome.:)

WENSDAY November 30 8:30-400pm

I have to classes i go to by schedule theory and practical Wednesdays and Fridays are my theory day however we are only in there for 2 hours and we usually learns  a lot which is why i love when im there. I have a completly different teacher when im in theory unlike practical when i have 2 teachers both from huge Beauty backgrounds and pounds of experience. In theory we began learning about Haircoloring and also how important it is to use the correct terms when asking a question and explaining to clients what processes we will be using.

THUESDAY December 1, 2011

Coloring our Doll Heads with gel and any other cheap materials just so we can get use to the consistency and learn the over all application then we began using Real Color which kicks ass. I used the color Violet which is in this season.

Why I decided to Go to Beauty School(Cosmetology School)

One of the questions I get asked a lot is why i want to go cosmetology School when there are better things I could be doing in life. Almost all the time when it’s being asked in a negative way I wanna JUST PUNCH THE PERSON however, not cool. But, in honesty im going to beauty school because it more than a passion for me its a lifestyle. As a little girl I was least likely to care about nails, hair , and especially makeup I carried this, “im not gonna get all pretty some boy thing” then it hit me one day of reading Vogue Magazine it has nothing to actually do with boys, its caring for yourself . I was always into have great hair to me that was a must especially since my other worked hard to keep my hair long and healthy. At 19 was when i actually started learning about makeup : the brands, skin types, primers, fake eyelashes ect….. I became involved with tons of  YouTube Videos and most of all blogs. Before i knew it with a few months i was offer advice to my younger and older friends it never crossed my mind to go into anything but  the field  of fashion merchandising. Years of course passed on and not much changed until i realized that i was helping so many of my friends achieve the looks they wanted . I even go into making my own products for when i was low on cash or just wanted experiment.

 

 

So Why Am i Going to beauty School you may still ask Because I love being able to share my creative talents with people willing to take them on.
